Properties
"Intelligent" Solution for Controlling Beginner Level Placement Applications The start-up control unit for individual applications provides simple operation with "smart" Solar Sync compatibility. The X-Core is the perfect solution for individual applications, with up to 8 stations with a configurable control unit and 3 programs with 4 start times for each. When you install the revolutionary Solar Sync ET sensor, the X-Core becomes an Core intelligent control unit Core that regulates irrigation times according to local weather conditions. The X-Core is also compatible with Hunter's wireless remote controls to quickly and quickly start irrigation. The installation, operation and maintenance are designed to be simple, while offering optimal efficiency and reliability. Number of stations: 2, 4, 6, 8 Type: Fixed Safe: Indoor and outdoor Number of independent programs: 3 Start times for each program: 4 Station max. Working time: 4 hours Warranty period: 2 years Easy Accessible Memory (Easy Retrieve ™ Memory) A manual backup service program that stores all of the programming and setup information of the Control Unit in backup memory. Allows the saved irrigation program to be restored at any time. This feature can also be used to return the controller to its initial settings after unauthorized modification or when a new season starts Programmable Rain Delay The Programmable Rain Delay feature keeps the controller off for as many days as the user specified, and then returns the system to automatically programmed irrigation. This avoids watering in prolonged wet weather and then automatically continues to water without having to return to the control unit. The control unit displays the remaining day time to continue irrigation. Quick Check ™ The Quick Check feature allows quick detection of wiring faults in the field at the push of a button. When a field-wiring short circuit is detected at a specific station number, Quick Check displays an ERR message. Permanent Memory This feature provides protection against a poor electrical network. Stores time, date, and program data. Available in all Hunter Control Units. Automatic Short Circuit Protection Automatic short-circuit protection is a feature found in all AC-powered Hunter controllers. This feature automatically detects electrical leaks caused by wiring problems. It is allowed to continue irrigation in stations that do not detect any leak by skipping short-detected stations. Irrigation is not completely deactivated as there is no fuse to break or internal circuit breaker to discard. Seasonal Adjustment This feature allows quick adjustment of irrigation run times on a percentage scale. In the middle of the season, make 100% of the season setting for any use. If the weather conditions require less water, enter the appropriate percentage value (eg 50%) to reduce irrigation run times and avoid setting each station separately in the program. Hunter offers 3 different ways to use Seasonal Adjustment to reduce water use. General, Monthly, Daily General: Provides a seasonal adjustment value for all control unit programs (most are available in Hunter control unit) Daily (Solar Sync ET sensor): Performs an automatic logging based on measured local weather conditions (available for most Hunter control units) Stations Between Stations The Control Unit provides irrigation delay between stations when switching from one station to another. The delay may be between a few seconds (to allow time for the slow closing valves to close) and a much longer period of time (to allow the pressure tanks to refill, etc.). Sensor Programmability The Sensor Programmability feature allows the user to specify which stations should be switched off in response to a sensor alarm so that stations and programs can operate without interruption, except in the case of a sensor alarm.
